<Missing Name> item[edit]

I looted this item and it did not cause any immediate problems. It didn't show up in my inventory, even under the "all" section. I can't imagine there being any long term repercussions, but just in case I didn't keep that save file. --Rasimpson 07:40, 14 January 2012 (UTC)

It seems that this item is somewhat a touch or something, as the catty stands there holding something like a touch, but without graphics. --Joshua.yathin.yu 10:29, 14 January 2012 (UTC)
I killed him, the 'light' of a torch appeared around his body and when I looted the item, the light disappeared. It's got to be the torch he's SUPPOSED to be carrying. — Unsigned comment by 184.38.32.228 (talk) on 28 March 2012

Map marker.[edit]

It never disappeared for me. I actually never realized there was a conversation part of this quest, just went outside to the caravan and found J'datharr and killed him, with a marker pointing right at him. --Morrolan (talk) 21:50, 1 March 2013 (GMT)

It didn't point directly at him for me, just in the middle of the area where the caravan sets up. Not being a frequent user of the caravans, I was forced to ask one of them about the quest. Silence is GoldenBreak the Silence 22:12, 1 March 2013 (GMT)

It is always Ri'saad[edit]

Before you can talk to the Khajit assassin and goad him to fight you, you actually need to talk to Ri'saad first. It is always Ri'saad being placed there by the game temporarily so as to open up this dialogue option. Not anyone else like Ma'dran. After you kill the assassin, Ri'saad will stand up and return to his normal routine as Windhelm is not his normal route. — Unsigned comment by 175.141.39.117 (talk) at 16:23 on 9 August 2023 (UTC)
