obtain quest

Is this a bug or has this quest a very small chance to pass the radiant system? I have done Sergius quests more than 100 times and this one never occurred. --Quozar 15:45, 19 December 2011 (UTC)

It's been defined, but I cannot find a link to it in the Story Manager.
