Hidden Fragments?

There is a second Fragments of Wuuthrad item in this location. Not sure how or why, but it's hidden in a chest floating in the aether. It can be found by ~TCL into the wall just behind the fragments laid out on the table. (Go between the two heads mounted on the wall, past some floating chains and look down.)

I found it while looking for a body that glitched through the wall (a werewolf's gotta eat those hearts, yo).
