Storm-Bear Fortify Shout Bug[edit]
Wearing the Storm-Bear Boots disables the Fortify Shouts effect from the Storm-Bear Armor.
The suit on its own works as described, with the Fortify Shouts enchantment functioning properly and appearing in Active Effects. Wearing both the suit and the boots removes the Fortify Shouts effect. It does not appear in Active Effects and does not reduce shout cooldowns. 86.177.212.169 02:54, 30 March 2024 (UTC)
