Crashing Issue

I tried to avoid the crashing issue by playing on windowed mode, but the game still crashes randomly. I was able to go a little bit farther in the cave by walking backwards, though. But not far. --Neekerisanni123 20:05, 22 December 2011 (UTC)

Windowed mode in lowest resolution worked for me. I also found a ice-wraith spawed just at the entrance where the crash comes by. Its was the probable cause of the crash. After killing the ice-wraith I was able to play back at normal mode.--Bulinckx 22:12, 17 January 2012 (UTC)

This issue is no longer present, likely fixed by one of the official patches. There have been no credible reports of this bug for over a year now.Arthmoor (talk) 05:13, 7 October 2013 (GMT)

No troll

I explored this cave with a brand-new character and did not encounter a frost troll. Instead, I found an ice wolf. So I guess the boss is actually a leveled animal and not always a troll. -- Emma Emma of Falkreath (talk) 23:59, 14 October 2017 (UTC)

Thanks for the report. The page used to mention ice wolves but I don't know why it was removed. I've put it back and changed the mention to a leveled creature. Silence is Golden^{Break the Silence} 00:32, 15 October 2017 (UTC)
