Online talk:Umbral Assassin

This build has two problems with the siphoning line. First, the bugs section (which I think are the same bug). Second, in order to even get Siphoning Strikes, Siphoning must be at 30. But no other Siphoning skill is advised, so it'll never get to 30. I've taken Strife, once I realized this and it's still on my bow weapon set instead of Leeching Strikes.
