Not a Game Book

This is a 'notice', not a book, as far as I can see. It is not findable in the log-viewer even though the locations are 'starter' locations.--Rhynchelma (talk) 23:26, 6 September 2018 (UTC)

There is technically no difference between books, "notes", and "notices". There is no common theme, icon, or layout by which to define them. Additionally many "notices" are part of the book collections. It simply isn't worth trying to categorise them by any arbitrary means, when they are adequately split into manageable chunks by ingame means.
