The Quest is a Bridge-Quest Now?

A while ago, while scouring the wiki, I read about the weird Betnik questline, and did all of the points of interest quests before getting to this one; I cannot recall if it's because I didn't see the quest-giver and investigated, or if it's because I read how the Points of Interest quests are Main Storyline But Not Really™. I know I recall reading that the quest-giver bugged out, and you have to do the Interest quests first— I even saw years-old forum posts that say the same thing— but, don't know for sure. Instead of changing the entire page, I'm going to put a pin in it for later.

Basically, the quest (from my observation) is now only obtainable through the Seamount Scout NPC, and the quest stage is literally the last stage listed on the page as of current. There is no walking to Lambur to start it through her, as she spawns in the Fortress immediately when you accept the quest. The journal entry has also changed to, "Warchief Tazgol took his army to attack the Bloodthorn Cult at Carzog's Demise."

Apparently, you could get the proper quest interactions on a Daggerfall character, but those forum posts are years old; I'll need to test this out to make sure, but in case I forget (or someone knows the answer already), I'm putting this here.
