Content-specific dialogue

i played through this on a character who does not do dungeon content but has done the greymoor prologue and all greymoor quests, and I got the "i fought the icereach coven before" dialogue. it was previously suggested that this only appears if you've completed icereach (dungeon) but if possible can folks help me investigate?

I need to find out if this dialogue appears after (out of greymoor main questline, greymoor prologue, and icereach (dungeon) quest):

1. only completing greymoor prologue

2. only completing icereach dungeon quest

I would also greatly appreciate input from folks if they don't get this dialogue, and which quests of this list they have previously done.
