Orichalc-Steel?[edit]

A couple of times I've come across a type of weapon and/or armor named "Orichalc-Steel". It doesn't seem to be able to be crafted, only found. The items are of levels 26-34, and seem to mainly be Primal Style. I'm not sure how these really differ from regular Orichalcum other than name, but if anyone else has an idea that would be helpful. Really? "Orichalc Steel" was the name of the items at release (or at least during the beta) - see this old revision - along with "Ebony Steel", "Dwarven Steel Armor", etc. However, they were supposed to all be renamed. Can you upload a screenshot? —Legoless (talk) 19:06, 6 August 2015 (UTC)
Not anymore. I ended up deconstructing it. I've found at least one helm and one axe in the past around Rivenspire. If I find another one I'll get a screenshot. Schiffy(Talk) 19:11, 6 August 2015 (UTC)
UPDATE: Turns out I was slightly wrong. From unchecking the "have knowledge" box in the blacksmithing interface, I've found that items made with Orichalcum in any style that is not the nine alliance races reads Orichalc-Steel. Schiffy(Talk) 20:41, 6 August 2015 (UTC)
Do you know if it's the same for any other material? The page should definitely be updated to reflect this. —Legoless (talk) 21:14, 6 August 2015 (UTC)
I scrolled through all the options, it seems to only be Orichalcum in non-Alliance styles that have a "wrong"/outdated name. Schiffy(Talk) 21:21, 6 August 2015 (UTC)
I'd recommend sending a bug report then. Might be worth eventually noting all the old beta names for posterity, but for now I'll add it as a bug. —Legoless (talk) 21:31, 6 August 2015 (UTC)
