Monkeys With Soul Gems[edit]

Upon first arriving, I discovered two empty soul gems, a Grand and Lesser, in the fireplace of Monkey's Rest. Has anyone else found these two exact items? Different soul gems? Also, the article indicates that a chest spawns in Monkey's Rest, but I did not find one. Should probably be something like 'chance for a chest to spawn inside'. Scratch the chest issue. It was hidden and I just couldn't find it :) Raddok (talk) 22:49, 31 October 2015 (UTC)
Did you find the soul gems in a container, or were they actual soul gem items that you interacted with? If it was from a container, they're almost definitely just random loot. —Legoless (talk) 00:51, 1 November 2015 (UTC)
I outlined it on the article - they were in a little fireplace on the west wall of the interior. One was standing straight up, the other was on its side. Raddok (talk) 01:00, 1 November 2015 (UTC)
Also, why do we do sections for Oblivion and Skyrim, but not for Online? Where is a place that I can see a standardized format for Online places? Lots of information for a new editors, and sometimes I have trouble finding specifics. Thank you! Raddok (talk) 01:03, 1 November 2015 (UTC)
So they were actual soul gems then? Oblivion and Skyrim section standards are dictated by the two place page projects. ESO has no such standards, and having separate sections for a page like this isn't practical (especially considering it has no interior, nor even a roof). —Legoless (talk) 01:08, 1 November 2015 (UTC)
Yes, I swear to the Nine, there were two soul gems, out in the open, sitting in that fireplace. Thinking back, I should have taken a picture for absolute proof. This is why I was asking if anyone else had been to Monkey's Rest and checked the fireplace. Do they always spawn? Are they only there sometimes? One was even a Grand. Etc., etc.. No need for proof, I found them in there too. In ESO, items lying out in the open are pretty much fixed and always appear at the same locations. If they don't, then most likely another player has taken them recently. --Vordur Steel-Hammer (TINV1K) 13:00, 1 November 2015 (UTC)
Sounds good. But I should mention - I returned to Monkey's Rest later and found the same Lesser Soul Gem lying on its side, as before. So it appears the Lesser respawns, at least. Hoping I'll find the Grand there at some point later. Raddok (talk) 13:26, 1 November 2015 (UTC)
