About the dead body of Hakida - she cannot be killed by previous quest as far as I understand. All Litany of blood targets cannot produce body by definition as they disintegrate to dust when you kill them. It could be she was killed not by the blade of woe though which is why she did not evaporate. However the nature of littany quest is that there's always a target - just could be in different places. And when target is killed it respawns immediately onto next pathway.
