Imperial ruler

The wording is a bit ambiguous. Only by the linking of the word "Imperial" to the race reveals that the wording implies that her race is being Imperial. Is it intentionally ambiguous to imply also that her chosen title of Governor (probably meant to be on behalf of the Empire) is intended to give her rule a rub off legitimacy from the Second Empire? —MortenOSlash (talk) 20:21, 1 October 2018 (UTC)
