Leramil the Wise location

I have removed the Alliance-specific icons from the list of locations where you can start this quest. For me, Leramil appeared in Wayrest on an Ebonheart Pact character and I was directed there to speak to her. This needs further testing, but I suspect she appears in all three locations regardless of Alliance. —⁠Legoless (talk) 09:28, 25 April 2023 (UTC)
