Warclaw Irgazaar is a Khajiit member of Ferhara's Warclaws, a band of mercenaries whose men have occupied the Kudanat Mine and accompanying Ashlander camp. The Kudanat Mine Key is on a table in a tent north of where you found the House Redoran Orders. Alternatively, you can find Warclaw Irgazaar in the center of the camp and kill him in order to get the key. Once you have the key, enter the mine.
