"S'rashi? I don't want trouble with the Midnight Union.
Take the money. Tell S'rashi I—I didn't know. I'm sorry for the confusion."

I'm not leaving without what I'm owed.

"You've got more stones than I gave you credit for. I like that.
Tell you what. If you can get what I owe Louis out of the lockbox over there, you can keep it. All you have to do is take it. Easy as that."

If you are unable to persuade him and go for the lockbox, as soon as you remove the Louis' Debt from the box, he'll order one of his thugs to attack:

Afterwards, he'll say:
