Tinkerer Tobin's Workshop

Tinkerer Tobin's Workshop is a shop in central Eastmarch, south of Kynesgrove. The shop is home to a special crafting site, where you may craft items in the Song of Lamae set. Tinkerer Tobin's Big Book of Crafting Recipes is located on top of a crate next to the woodworking station. There are three backpacks, several barrels and a few crates at the workshop.

A copy of the lore book The Exclusionary Mandates is located next to a backpack on top of a stump, which is up the hill north of the workshop. The stump is near a fallen tree, and there's a lantern on the ground nearby. A chest can spawn by three boulders south of the lore book.
