Dialogue[edit]

If you speak to her before making the delivery she will mention their recent misfortunes.

"Everything in Elsweyr wants us dead. Smugglers, pirates, Dragons. Now even our own bodies try to kill us.
I only wish it was me instead of my poor Ania."

Quest-Related Events[edit]

Tildri will be the last person on the list to deliver the herbal remedy to. When you approach her dwelling, Tildri will urge you to come inside.

Tildri: "Are you the herbalist's courier? Come inside. Quickly."

When you talk to her she will explain that she has nothing left to pay for the product, and the previous couriers charged harsh prices.

"I know I should pay, but we don't have anything left. We only have each other, and even that won't last much longer.
Tell the herbalist he can have my life if that's what it takes. My daughter needs the medicine."
The remedy is medicine?
"Medicine, remedy … I don't care what it's called. My daughter suffers from constant pain. She can barely speak, barely stand.
The herbalist's remedy is the only thing that eases her pain, even if just for a little while."
What does the herbalist usually charge you for the remedy?
"A different courier delivers it each time, and each courier demands a different price. Some are very expensive. Some are … much worse.
I have no gold, courier, but I will do anything to receive the remedy. For my daughter."
The herbalist only asked me to deliver the remedy. He didn't say anything about collecting payment.
"The remedy … at no cost? Oh, bless you. Bless you and the herbalist for easing my daughter's pain.
I almost forgot what kindness looked like, but such is life in Senchal."

Speaking to her again:

"The remedy makes my Ania feel better, and that's all that matters."
