The Storm-Cursed Sailor is the cursed spirit of a Breton sailor, who can be found in Shipwright's Regret. He is located on a floating platform behind one of the ships in the shipyard area, on the path to the final boss of the dungeon.

He can also be seen earlier as the Sailor, where he is having a conversation with his Captain.

Skills & Abilities[edit]

Sparks
A basic melee attack dealing high shock damage.
Induction
The sailor spins around in place, filling the air around him with lightning, as indicated by a large growing circular AoE, dealing high shock damage.
Thunderstorm
The sailor suddenly disappears and begins flash teleporting all over the arena, causing a burst of lightning at every location he appears, indicated by large circular AoEs, dealing high shock damage each.
Overcharge
The sailor raises his hands above you and shoots you with electrical beams for an extended duration, dealing very high continuous shock damage that must be healed through.
Conduit
While affected by this Overcharge, a circular shock aura appears around you, dealing continuous high shock damage to anyone standing inside.

Before starting combat:

Storm-Cursed Sailor: "My bones are humming! There's a tingle in my spine! Akatosh have mercy!"
Storm-Cursed Sailor: "All I hear is thunder in my ears!"
Storm-Cursed Sailor: "Mara get me home to Lynne ...."

During combat:

Storm-Cursed Sailor: "My veins are on fire!"
Storm-Cursed Sailor: "I can't see a way out! Captain, I can't see!"
Storm-Cursed Sailor: "All I see is light!"
Storm-Cursed Sailor: "The storm never ends!"
Storm-Cursed Sailor: "The storm! The storm!"
Storm-Cursed Sailor: "It's an order!"
Storm-Cursed Sailor: "It should have been you!"

When he starts attacking erratically:

Storm-Cursed Sailor: "Gaaaah!"

Upon defeat:

Storm-Cursed Sailor: "The sky…it's clearing…."
