Soldiers' Camp outside Ebonheart

The Soldiers' Camp is a small camp with a cooking fire, set up on the southeastern outskirts of Ebonheart. The camp houses several Pact Soldiers. There's an intermediate safebox in the northwestern tent, near Meadmoon. A Pact soldier is sleeping in the tent, facing the wall away from the safebox.

If you head up to the ridge north of the camp, and follow the ridge north, then drop down to a lower ridge when you're just southeast of the Ebony Flask (across the river from the Ebonheart Chateau's map marker), you can find a chest's spawn point on a narrow stretch of rock beneath a tree with red leaves.
