This soldier is a Redguard spirit appearing after the physical trials at HoonDing's Watch are completed. She will first seen begging Derik Hallin not to use the five magical Ansei swords and risk wiping out the Shehai to defeat the goblins, or fight a losing battle without them.

When you approach Derik at his shrine, you will see the soldier insisting the use of the Ansei swords will do damage in the future:

Soldier: "The blades are forbidden! We must not use them!"

Soldier: "Taking up those blades may lead to something far worse than death!"

After she finished speaking, she will disappear.
