Skriliaa in the Sever

Skriliaa the Guide is a Dremora who can be found randomly on the roads of the Deadlands showing various places to Birer Raram and Zainan.

Dialogue[edit]

She has multiple things to say when first spoken to.

"These two never stop yammering. It's all insistent questions and gasps of awe.
I thought Quathynax overreacted when he stuck blades in his ears, but I'm beginning to see the appeal."
"My hands are quite full with these hapless mortals. If you wish to visit the most thrilling locations in the Deadlands, convince a different Dremora to be your guide."
"Ah, a convenient mortal. Which sounds more horrifying to you? A visit to the Crumbling Cliffs, or the Pits of Pity?
Right. I'll take these two to the Crumbling Cliffs. Yours eyes kind of went wide at the mention of that one."

In either case, your only response is:

What's going on here?
"Just my sworn duty. They needed a guide and recent circumstances put me in a situation where I was required to provide that service.
They wanted to see the Deadlands. I'm showing them the Deadlands."
Why were you required to serve as their guide?
"As a Dremora, I'm bound to a higher order. Some bow to the liege they serve. Others hold nothing higher than their own word.
These mortals ... coerced me. I can't deviate from what I agreed to, no matter how badly they try my patience."
You don't serve a Daedric Prince?
"I served Flame and Destruction once, but that time is over. I would not exchange my current circumstances for anything. No matter how annoying those circumstances may be."
Don't all Daedra serve a Daedric Prince?
"Obviously not. I find it amusing when a mortal attempts to understand the workings of Oblivion.
You delayed this journey long enough. I plotted routes to more ... thrilling locations. Locations that should test the limits of my enthusiastic charges."
Could I join you?
"Another mortal under my wing? No, I don't think so. Besides, the Spike Pits and the Scamp Breeding Grounds were chosen specifically for these two. So many options to choose from when survival isn't part of the contract.
Now, we must be off!"
