Shornhelm Savings & Loan is a bank located in the northern section of Lower Shornhelm. The bank sits immediately across from the Shornhelm Smithy, and is very close to the city's Wayshrine, making it a convenient location for crafters. Despite the name, you cannot actually take out loans here, just like any other bank. A master safebox can be found in the corner. There's a brochure posted next to the door. A single Covenant Guard is leaning against the cooking fire.
