Rulfuna is an Orc woodworker who runs the Oaken Anvil in Orsinium. She is Khaguur's sister.

When spoken to, she says one of the following:
- "My sister and I hail from Daggerfall. Honestly, it's a little strange here. Doesn't quite feel like home yet."
- "Cities need wood and lots of it. Khaguur and I can hardly keep up!"
- "Bows, staves, shields—you name it, I sell it."
