Ruined Archives is a ruined library located along the northeastern wall in the Arboretum. You and Chief Archivist Sergianus will come here to decode an ancient book during the related quest. A charred corpse surrounded by several books and a backpack lies in front of the entrance. There are several unreadable bookshelves located here.
