The Rogue Mind is an echo from the consciousness of the Daggerfall Devil, a Breton serial killer who made a pact with Hermaeus Mora to escape his execution. He is encountered within the Rectory Network at Rectory Corporea.

The rogue mind speaks with you as you approach certain landmarks within the Rectory Network. When you approach Chompy's bone, he says:

When you approach the moldering cot:
