Recruit Cecile is a Breton member of the Lion Guard who was taken as captive by the Dominion forces found at the Farwatch Tower. During Wayward Scouts, you'll find her west of Seaview Point in the Dominion camp.

You'll find her tied up at the Dominion camp, next to some crates:

"You arrived just in time."

Are you injured?

"Not too badly. Luckily, you got here ahead of their interrogator.
Thanks for freeing me. Now we have to look for the others."

I found the others. They should be back at camp.

After rescuing all the scouts, she'll be found, along with the rest of the party, north of the tower near the beach:

"Good to see you again. I hate to think what would have happened to me if you hadn't come along."

I see you all made it back safely.

"That we did, thanks to you.
Now that we're all back together, we have a better chance to put an end to this Dominion incursion."
