Skingrad[edit]

Skingrad is a city located in the West Weald, which can be reached by using exploits to escape outside the boundaries of Malabal Tor. Using several placeholder models, all of the walls besides the east wall are present, with the chapel and two houses being found in the south side, and one house and fountain being found in the north across the bridge. They are not named in-game, so some are listed here by their names from TES IV: Oblivion. Skingrad is set to appear in ESO's 2024 Chapter.

Great Chapel of Julianos[edit]

The Great Chapel of Julianos is found on the south side. It lacks an interior and cannot be properly entered, only the shell of the chapel is present.
