Nienras

Nienras is a Wood Elf who lives in Hallin's Stand. Before the Seventh Legion is kicked out, she can be found in front of the local chapter of the Fighters Guild.

After the quest, she'll be spending time with Runid on the roof of The Drowsy Owl. Though he's doing his best to advance his position, she's clearly homesick.

During the related quest, you can come to her for information.

"I'm only here to visit my friend Runid. He invited me to see his hometown, but then these Imperials arrived and he told me I'd be safer somewhere else.
Haven't met any other townspeople."

I'm actually looking to help Runid.

"h, then you'll probably find him still at his house, praying for the gods to intervene. He's a fool, but a goodhearted one.
Down the street a bit. Although, that said, all these desert houses look alike to me."

Before Hallin's Stand is liberated, you'll find her attempting to read a book outside the Fighters Guild:

"The tension between the locals and the Imperials makes it difficult to concentrate."

After Hallin's Stand is liberated:

"I've seen enough desert to last a lifetime. Can't wait to get back to the woods, with or without Runid."
