Narkhagikh is an Orc drunkard located in Orsinium. He can be found just north of the entrance to The Greedy Gut huddled in a nook. He cannot be spoken to.

Occasionally, Zuuthusha comes by. He'll simply try to get her to leave him alone.
- Zuuthusha: "Narkhagikh, have you been drinking again?"
- Narkhagikh: "What're you talking about? I'm not drunk! I think you're drunk!"
- Zuuthusha: "Someone's deep in their cups again."
- Narkhagikh: "I drank just the right amount!"
- Zuuthusha: "Are you all right?"
- Narkhagikh: "Don't you tell me how to drink my life!"
