If you choose to help Kip, you will find her alongside her daughter in the abandoned house, she'll say:

"You aren't one of them! Please help us!
These bandits grabbed us. They're using us to force my husband to help them. I'm so worried about him!"

Your husband is at the Lion Guard camp, to the northeast. You'll be safe there.

"Kip is safe? Oh, thank you! Thank you so much!
Come, Darcielle. We need to get out of here and find your father."

Both her and her daughter will run back to the camp. You can speak to her while she's checking up on her husband:

"I won't leave my husband's side again.
If they want to lock him up in a cell, then they'll have to lock me up with him!"

Regardless how you treated Kip, once you've killed Envoy Caoiss, Kip and his family will no longer be at the camp.
