Mamir is a Redguard magister of the Mages Guild representing the guild in Fort Amol.

"I am a researcher and Magister for the Mages Guild. Guild members seek out books, tomes, and ancient scrolls in their travels. My work involves deciphering and interpreting the works that are found, as well as speaking to prospective members."

So you act as bookhunters?

"Precisely. We seek out new information, capture it in our libraries, and make copies for distribution across Tamriel. The Guild doesn't care about wars, battlefields, or boundaries: just knowledge, and the acquisition of new tomes."

What would I get in return?

"The guild teaches unique spells only available to members, and provides access to special training. And from time to time, projects crop up for those with an adventuresome spirit. You may end up working with Guildmaster Vanus himself!"
