You first encounter Lashum at an unmarked Green Serpent camp outside of Amenos Station, talking with an Argonian named Deesh-Jee, he will get mauled to death for his failure:

Deesh-Jee : "You failed again, Lashum."

Lashum : "It's not my fault. They're dangerous! Powerful!"

Deesh-Jee : "I'm dangerous, too, wretch."

Deesh-Jee : "Muzi [sic]. Hosh. Kill!"

Lashum : "No! Not the cats! Arrgh!"
