Lartigue Courcelles

Lartigue Courcelles is a Breton fisher found at the Bjoulsae Fishing Camp in Bangkorai. He is Denille Courcelles's brother. They moved to Bangkorai while fleeing from the Alliance War, and though he is content with his new lifestyle, he is somewhat homesick.
