After you free the Duke and Gloria, you can speak to her inside the temporary command before you speak to him:

"You saved my husband. I can't thank you enough for that.
I'm truly in your debt."

Lineage of Tooth and Claw

During Lineage of Tooth and Claw, if you choose to let Gloria Fausta die, you'll find the Duke suffering in the upstairs bedroom with his wife and daughter by his side:

"He's in agony! Do something! Help him!"

After curing the Duke, she'll exclaim:

"My husband looks so much better. Thank you for everything."

If you let the Duke say goodbye to his family, follow him into the house and the duke will have already transformed and murdered his wife and daughter:

Duke Sebastien : "Weaklings! I have a wolf's claws and a wolf's heart. You can't prevail against me!"

Lady Rielle : "Sebastian? What are you doing? No!"

Nadine Rielle : "Father? No, get away from me!"
