"Technically, I work for the Fighters Guild, but Lanbaar contracted with us for a bodyguard.
He heard about the trouble in Shornhelm and figured to turn a quick profit. A good thought—until we found out the fighting spilled into the countryside."

"Looks that way. At least until the Shornhelm Guard gives the all clear. From what I gather, the guard allowed themselves to get ambushed up at Hinault's Farm.
You never hear about the Guild getting ambushed, I can attest to that."

"Hey, nothing's been stolen from Lanbaar yet! I protect the cart, I get paid. Not my problem if the Khajiit can't get his goods to market.
