The Khenarthi's Roost Wayshrine is located southwest of the Temple of the Crescent Moons in southern Khenarthi's Roost. This wayshrine is unlocked automatically when first entering the zone.
If you are arriving on the island for the first time, you will find a note pinned to a post nearby, allowing you to start the quest Storm on the Horizon.
