Karthwasten

Karthwasten is a village in the northern Reach which has recently suffered through a magical storm. It is currently governed by the Crow-Eye Clan of Reachmen. While some of the town has been transformed into Harrowed husks, the town is largely undamaged due to clan's magical wards.

There's a cooking fire near the carved pole on the east side of town, near the road leading down to the wayshrine.
