Heseph Dalot is a Breton laborer found in the city of Evermore. He fishes the same spot on the docks night and day.
Dialogue[edit]
His dialogue changes depending on whether A City in Black is completed or not. Before it is completed, he will say:
- "Curse these crows and their incessant cawing! By Arkay's beard, I thought gulls were bad."
After completion, he'll remark:
- "Thank the Eight—our long black feathery nightmare is over. Now we can go back to complaining about the gulls."
