Hemjak

Hemjak is a Nord found in a camp of Sanguine revelers in Cyrodiil. He will be drunkenly dancing in celebration of Lord Sanguine's revel. If you return to the camp after drinking Skeewul's drink, he and all his fellow revelers will be gone.

When spoken to, he urges you to join the festivities.
