Steal the Luxurious Lockbox from Gonfalon Palace.

Gonfalon Bay's Master Burglar is awarded for finding and unlocking the Luxurious Safebox in the Gonfalon Palace, which is situated in the northwestern part of the Gonfalon Bay.

Gonfalon Palace Tower is where you're headed and there are two ways to the lockbox's location.

• One is from the palace interior, through Gonfalon Palace Tower doors directly opposite to the main entrance. The tower is occupied by a couple of servants.
• Another way in is through the door in the western palace wing, through the kitchen and a corridor patrolled by a lone guard.

The lockbox sits near the hearth in the room where Natultare sweeps floors, at the bottom of the tower, and is protected by a master-level lock.
