Ghost Swashbuckler

Ghost Swashbucklers are ghostly sailors who can be found in Ghost Haven Bay and Fathoms Drift. The ones in Fathoms Drift are all Redguards.

Skills and Abilities[edit]

A Ghost Swashbuckler from Fathoms Drift
Stab
Basic melee attack dealing minor physical damage.
Off-Hand Strike
A physical attack dealing minor physical damage. If it hits in the back, it also staggers and applies a bleeding effect. They always use this attack when they reappear behind from using their salt abilities.
Throw Dagger
The enemy backs away from the player and throws a dagger at the player. This attack causes snare and bleed if it connects. This attack can be interrupted to set the enemy off balance. The dagger can be blocked to prevent the snare and bleed and reduce the damage done.
Lunge
When far, the swashbuckler charges the target, dealing moderate physical damage and staggering it.
Volatile Pool
Also known as Fiery Oil. Ranged AOE attack. Throws potion which causes the targeted area to be set on fire, indicated by a circular AoE, dealing continuous minor flame damage.
Fire Salt Explosion/Burning Fire Salts
The enemy throws down fire salts, causing an explosion and starting a fire, indicated by a circular AoE, that deals continous minor flame damage over time when you stand in it. The initial blast does low flame damage. The enemy disappears and cannot be targeted while the ability is active..
Void Salt Explosion/Burning Void Salts
The enemy throws down void salts, causing an explosion and setting down a gout of lightning, indicated by a circular AoE, that deals continuous damage when you stand in it. The initial blast does low shock damage. The enemy disappears and cannot be targeted while the ability is active.
Roll-Dodge
The swashbuckler rolls to evade incomming damage for a brief period.
Somersault
The enemy somersaults backwards to put distance between you and them.
Twirling Lunge
When standing further away, the enemy holds their weapon in a rear-handed stance, with a yellow glow visible around their weapons, then dash forward and strike their target, dealing moderate physical damage and knocking the target back.
Desecrated Ground
On death, the undead rarely desecrate the ground under them as indicated by a red circle. This does moderate damage over time and snares all targets as well as healing undead enemies within the red circle.
