The Elven Gardens District in the final release

Aishah says family members have offered her gold to rescue their loved ones in the Elven Gardens. She'll split the money with me if I find the missing citizens and give them a torchbug potion so they can escape to safety.

I agreed to look for lost family members in the Elven Gardens and help them escape. Aishah gave me their likely hiding places.

Detailed Walkthrough

Ever-enterprising Aishah would have had a task for you. Instead of reclaiming goods, she would have had you reclaim people. Specifically missing people, whose loved ones dearly hoped they would return to them safely.

"No. They pay Aishah to find you. You find their loved ones, and this one will share the gold.
She can also mark the houses on your map and give you potions. These will turn the people into torchbugs so they can fly away to safety."

That's right: torchbug potions. It's genius, really. What better way to make Molag Bal's cruel minions ignore someone than turn them into a bug? Aishah would have given you two^{[verification needed — Need to make sure there's no other lines referencing bugs in IC's patch 0 text haul]} potions to give to people trapped in specific houses. Your targets would have been disappointed and delighted by this revelation respectively. One of them seemed quite eager to give the Daedra a taste of the knuckle sandwich, a Tamrielic delicacy.

"Really? So you're not taking me to my parents? I can just go wherever I want?
That might not be so bad. I could just fly away somewhere and start over."

Take this potion. It'll transform you into a form more easily able to sneak to safety.

"Wait. You want me to turn into a bug and just fly away? No fighting? None at all?
All right, I guess. I'll get them next time. Mark my words."

Just drink the potion.

It doesn't matter. I'm here to help you, if you want it.

Take this. You'll be a torchbug and can fly away.

"Well, why didn't you say so right away? I've always dreamed of being a torchbug!
Is this some kind of nameday surprise? Did Tullia put you up to this? That silly old hag. She sure is sweet though. This is going to be so fun."

Here you go then. Drink up.

Once all the little torchbugs had flitted away, you would have needed to return to Aishah to receive payment.

"Indeed. Aishah watched them fly by with their glowing bottoms. Such pretty torchbugs they make.
As Aishah promised, here is your reward for fine service."
