Edras Retheran is a Dark Elf noble who can be found on the lower floor of his house in Balmora. He can be seen alternating between writing at his desk, practicing his archery on targets, and leaning against the wall. He does not take kindly to intruders and will demand you get out if he sees you, which will also result in a bounty.
