Bulugbek is an Orc knight that will appear in the Underground Sepulcher at the conclusion of a heist. He will only appear when the sewers are inhabited by Worm Cultists.

The enemy breaths fire as indicated by a red cone. This attack does moderate flame damage over time and snares all enemies within the cone. This attack can be blocked to reduce damage or simply avoided.

Dark Talons

The enemy casts dark talons rooting the player in place while doing moderate damage. The player can roll to escape the root.

Lava Whip

The enemy winds up a flaming whip which does moderate flame damage to the player. This attack can be blocked to set the enemy off balance.
