Bound Hemonculous

Bound Hemonculi are shadowy ghosts summoned by Shuxaltsei during battle at the Teeth of Sithis. They then linger around the small Sithis shrines and do not directly attack you.

They can heal Shuxaltsei and her bloodfiends if they stand near the hemonculi. They also allow Shuxaltsei to use one of her abilities, Red Death, after which they are consumed.
