Alanne is a High Elf member of the Fighters Guild and the hall steward of the hall in the town of Shor's Stone.

"Before you ask, yes, Altmer can fight, even here. The Guild welcomes all, and isn't involved in current politics."

"The Fighters Guild! You should join up. Our new guildmaster is an Argonian, Sees-All-Colors. She has us all working to a singular purpose. We're hunting down the Daedra and their damned Anchors. Hard fights."

Anchors?

"Enormous chains descend from the sky! A passage opens to Oblivion, and Daedra boil out to lay waste to the countryside. I don't know who started calling them Daedric Anchors, but Mauloch knows it fits."

What's the reward?

"Hah! Good question. We train our members in special techniques. And the higher-ups are always looking for motivated members to help with special projects. Colors herself might even have a task for you someday."
