Skooma Barrel

Does anyone remember what level lock is on the barrel outside of this house (the one that has skooma in it) is? I unlocked it earlier in the game and it hasn't reset yet. If anyone can tell me, it would be greatly appreciated!--WoahBro (talk) 23:33, 20 May 2013 (GMT)
