You can't get training from Mages Guild members unless you're a member of the Guild. Otherwise, they will refuse to train you. But if your Mysticism skill is already at 70, Dagail should train you anyway. --Kalis Agea 18:44, 10 May 2011 (UTC)

Quest Stage 200?
