Probibly better to do a link to the GoogleOblivion map with a shrine requestNoone81 05:53, 7 September 2006 (EDT)
I've changed the links on each individual Daedric quest to use the oblivion map, and added an overall link to the oblivion map on the main Daedric page. However, I think it's still worth keeping this map around (and having a link to it on the Daedric Quests page) just in case there are readers who can't use the oblivion map for whatever reason. --Nephele 14:00, 8 September 2006 (EDT)
One advantage of this map (and the other single-image maps) is that you can easily download the file and view it outside of the browser, or print it out for a paper copy. (I imagine it's particularly useful for X-box players who have their console in a different room from their computer, and thus no easy internet access near the console.) I don't think the existence of the Google-powered map should eliminate the need for other maps, and in fact I think we can still use more of them. Several of the major cities (Bravil, Chorrol, Imperial City, Leyawiin) still don't have maps, and there's no maps for any of the caves, ruins, etc. in the game, which could be useful. If somebody with a PC that will display the images properly (not me) is interested in a new project, I could see this being a valuable addition to the site. --TheRealLurlock 16:27, 8 September 2006 (EDT)
